Founded by James Poole in 2008, bright inventories Ltd have been providing protection and peace of mind with high quality reports and services to Letting Agents, Landlords, Tenants, Housebuilders, Housing Authorities and Relocation Agents


Over the years, bright inventories has grown and developed a team of clerks covering the whole of Dorset and surrounding areas including Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Blandford Forum, Swanage, Wareham, Weymouth, Dorchester, Bridport, Sherborne, Yeovil, Salisbury, Axminster, Bruton and the New Forest.

James Poole

Director

James founded bright inventories in 2008 and has over 15 years’ experience as a Landlord. James has also been a tenant so has seen the industry from all sides.

Alex Williams

Alex Williams

Assistant Manager

Began working for bright inventories in 2013 and was awarded ‘Business Studies Student of the Year’ from Weymouth College prior to joining. Alex became Assistant Manager in 2015 and has brought new positivity, working practices and development to the company.

Gemma Taylor

Inventory Clerk

Began working for bright inventories in 2013. Gemma works primarily in the West Dorset and Dorchester areas and her friendly approach and excellent customer service are a real asset to the team. Gemma has an uncanny knack of finding embarrassing items left by tenants!

Sarah Caban

Sarah has been part of the bright inventories team since 2010 and as perhaps the most experienced member of the team there is not much she hasn’t dealt with. As well as carrying out inventories and check outs, Sarah arranges all our interim inspections.

Rachel Cannell

A very experienced inventory clerk having joined bright inventories from a large city centre firm. Rachel is currently training for the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP) Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Inventory Management & Practice.

Sam Wilson

Inventory Clerk

Sam is one our newer recruits, who is primarily based in the North Dorset region. He has had experience in a lot of different sectors, customer facing roles and over seas representation. He has also recently achieved a Bsc Hons in Sports Therapy.

Administration Assistant

Jess joined our ever growing team at Bright Inventories in September 2016, she has been a great addition to the team. She is based our new office situated in Wareham, Dorset, providing fast and efficient customer service and administration to all of our clients, tenants and landlords.
